Executive Summary

COMPANY MISSION

To lower the cost of energy for the benefit of all mankind.

HISTORY

Since the late 1990s Marks team has been working on DC motors and how they relate to becoming Power production systems through various old technologies that employ AC to DC through setups like alternators and electronics, and magnetic pulse direct/drivers to develop ADV volt age . Additional research has been done on ADC current, where in both systems work together through DC motors or without them, to create a Load Compensating Electrical Fuel Cell powered by AC sources without inverters.

PRIMARY PRODUCT

Load Balanced Energy Technology Load Compensating Electrical Fuel Cell: (L.C.E.F.C.) with Advanced AC and DC motor controllers. Utilizing a revolutionary advancement in electric power waveforms, GEGs proprietary Load Balanced Energy (LBE) technology allows common electric devices to operate on a fraction of their normal input power. Compatible with both AC and DC devices, plus the ability to function on multi-phase and foreign power grids, LBE technology is a modern advancement to the worlds outdated usage of AC and DC power systems. We are currently operating LBE enabled Fuel Cells, AC & DC Motors, Aquaponics Systems and all green renewable sources of energy, such as Solar, Wind, Hydro, Geothermal, etc.

EMERGING TECHNOLOGY

GEG is engaging in a brand new and very promising field of science and technology. As a technology it is likely to evolve at a rapid pace. Our ability to stay part of that evolution is key to the success of GEG and its partners. We now have a 10 KW V.A.W.T. with a 92.5% efficient generator certified by UL laboratories. This Wind turbine is now ready and is in Production phase to be installed on an Agriculture Farm, Privately funded. This can all is scaled into the Mega watts of power with no problems. We Have Tidal set ups for Hydro Electric all scalable. Our Solar combined systems with even Geo Thermal systems can be incorporated with a DC micro grid the most efficient set up known.

V.A.W.T. 10 KW going to Powder coat finish on Laminar Flow Wings. Volt-Ampere Reactive (VAR)

VARs can be considered as either the imaginary part of apparent power, or the power flowing into a reactive load, where voltage and current are specified in volts and amperes. The two definitions are equivalent. One (1) VAR = (1 Volt) x (1 Amp that is 90 degrees out of phase with the 1 Volt) and VAR = Volts x Amperes x sine theta where theta is the phase angle between load Voltage and load Amperes. The magnitude of VAR (imaginary power) is the opposite side of the power triangle formed with the magnitude of Watts (real power) as the adjacent side and the magnitude of Volt Amps (apparent power) as the hypotenuse. Thus , the Formula: 1 hp = 745.7 WATTs is the standard in current theory, practice and application. A (-) Negative Var represents a Leading Current being generated away from the source . On our Phasor diagrams we show a Leading current or generating of 54 to 57 degrees heading back to the grid , not a Lagging current which shows amount of consumed or drawing a load. Most all motors that are con suming current read as a Lagging current on Phasor diagrams used in power measurements.

Using the L.C.E.F.C. weve developed, one prototype system consistently runs 7 HP at 229.1 WATTS or a little over a 2/3 reduction (3.2532751) x 229.1 WATTS = 745.3 WATTs in Power requirements. Our percentage of gain is 2180.43% over currently accepted standards.

Using our L.C.E.F.C. , new values now arise from Efficiency gains by ADC and ADV being formed and the new HP to WATTs formula is achieved , which is: 1HP = 32.7 WATTs at 174.3 Volts using 2.68 AMPs !

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

GEG is seeking $3 0,000,000.00 in funding to help us to continue to develop this technology and we are seeking to work with experts in Government, Academia and /or Private Partnerships in order to continue this path to commercialization.
